You will see a draft at the beginning of the process and I will not proceed until the first draft has been signed off on. You will see and approve a final draft before installation. I do everything I can to make sure you are in love with the final design. If for some reason you feel unsatisfied, please contact me so we can chat about it.
I would love to offer unlimited revisions, and have in the past, but find that revisions become excessive if there is no limit.
I offer three full rounds of revisions after the first draft and two full rounds after the final draft. A round of revisions is an email from you including all requested revisions for the current site. I will let you know when those revisions are complete and we will move to round two and so on. Multiple emails with multiple revisions are extremely confusing for me and time consuming. This is why I ask that you contain your revisions to one email per round.
- The first is WordPress.com- it is their free platform similar to Blogspot/Blogger. I cannot add custom designs to wordpress.com sites because they limit us with what we can and can’t change. You can purchase your own domain (.com vs .wordpress.com) with these sites, that still does not make you self-hosted.
- The second is WordPress.org software, also know as self-hosted. What this means is that you’ve purchased hosting (BlueHost, RFE etc.) and pay somewhere between $50-$100 year to keep your site hosted. You also have your own domain and have downloaded WordPress software and installed it onto your site, usually through your host.
Please see my terms and conditions for a full explanation of the design process and policies.
